What We Do
Global Aid Hand uses fundamental causes of poverty so that people can become self-contained. Recognizing that women and children experience suspiciously from poverty, Global Aid Hand spaces exceptional stress on working with children and women to create stable social change. Women are at the spirit of Global Aid Hand's community-based efforts to improve basic education, increase access to quality health care and expand economic opportunity for all. Global Aid Hand also delivers emergency support to survivors of war in Sudan, and helps people reconstruct their lives in the after effects.
Global Aid Hand uses an integrated and comprehensive approach to our humanitarian efforts, so many of our projects in where we work cover a number of the focus areas listed below.
Emergencies Program
Poverty fighting is in no way supplementary difficult than in times of crisis. Our projects and services are designed to both address straight survival requirements directly following an emergency, and to help children, their families and communities reconstruct their lives in the future.
Education for every child
Global Aid hand is a Sudan-based independent NGO our Education program primary aim is to promote education amongst the underprivileged. It will promote education for all groups in Community by running lifelong education programs and skills building projects (in literacy, numeracy, communication and (ICT). As part of its objectives GAH intends to help orphans in the Sudan and abroad to achieve their full potential.We aim to cater for the moral, spiritual and physical needs of these children and Women through appropriate education and training programs. Experience shows that education eliminates poverty at its roots. Well educated people can make helpful decisions that will certainly have an effect on their lives, their families, their communities and their world. Global Aid Hand helps children go to – and stay in – school, and
helps improve educate for all. We pay special attention to girls, who make up the majority of children out of school.

Health & Nutrition HIV/AIDS
A person cannot be economically healthy if he is not physically healthy. Global Aid Hand has made reducing maternal humanity one of our top priorities. We work directly with women and communities, empowering them with resources and information while affecting policies to ensure that safe pregnancy and birth are a basic human right. We also train community health workers, equip local clinics, carry out education campaigns, respond to disease outbreaks – and more.

WASH
Water is a basic human right. Global Aid Hand helps communities build and maintain clean water systems and latrines. The goal of our program is to reduce the health risks of water-related diseases and to increase the earning possible of households by saving time otherwise spent gathering water. Projects also include educating people about good hygiene habits to reduce the risk of illnesses.
Community Development
Global Aid Hand is very committed to the Convention on the Right of the Child (1989) outlines the fundamental right of the children, in-clouding the right to be protected from economic exploitation and harmful work, from all forms of sexual exploitation and abuse, and from physical or mental violence as well as ensuring that children will not be separated from their family against their will. Gender-based violence is one of the most all-encompassing and, yet, least-recognized human rights abuses in the world. By including gender equity in all Global Aid Hand's programming, our approach addresses underlying causes of gender-based violence. We also improve legal and support services for survivors and advocate for laws and policies to better protect and empower women.

7- Peace Building and Community Relation GAH is pursuing ways to bring peace to Darfur’s conflict-affected communities which involved helping revive the tribes’ traditional conflict-resolution system while simultaneously organizing cultural and sporting events aimed at easing tensions.
Livelihoods Early Recovery program
The livelihoods early recovery program is aiming at enhance livelihoods opportunities of the vulnerable groups of different conflicting parties, like, IDPs, nomadic communities, villagers, returnees.
The conflict sensitive approach to avoid harming targeted groups will be used to enhance the community coexistence and any potential livelihoods early recovery and voluntary return.
The interventions areas are:
1. Natural resource based livelihoods, subsistence farming and natural resource management.
2. Vocational training for the youth for employment opportunities
3. Financial services for the poor women.
4. Reintegration Program.
