Global Aid Hand Has Standard Code of Conduct which is available upon request.GAH Code of Conduct is based on deeply held values and principles. It is essential that our commitment to humanitarian principles is supported and demonstrated by all members of staff.
In order to meet our objectives Global Aid Hand must retain its reputation as an NGO of integrity and respect. All of team members that bring assistance to needy communities represent Global Aid Hand in work and life. The code of conduct outlined below is designed for our guidance and protection to help you understand what Global Aid Hand considers to be acceptable professional and ethical behavior. In accepting appointment, our staffs undertake to discharge their duties and to regulate your conduct in line with the requirements of this Code.
Whilst recognizing that local laws and cultures differ considerably from one country to another, Global Aid Hand is a National Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), and therefore the Code is based on International Legal standards, as well as being written to reflect the organizations fundamental beliefs and values, to support its mission and its commitment to ensuring that employees avoid using possible unequal power relationships for their own benefit.
Where this code relates to existing Global Aid Hand policy documents these connections will be noted. Our staff encouraged to familiarize themselves with these policies.
All our staff they should have to read the code please sign in the space provided to indicate their agreement with the provisions and return the completed form to the Human Resource department.
This code of conduct forms part of contract of employment and failure to adhere to it could result in disciplinary proceedings, dismissal or in some circumstances criminal prosecution.

Global Aid Hands receives income from a variety of sources including individuals, foundations, governments and companies. These precious donations make it possible for us to safe guard and improve the opportunities for the children in Sudan for grow and develop. Global Aid Hands has clear responsibilities to make use of a benefit from the wealth of the donors to provide assistance and support for children and their guardian.
To improve our cost-effectiveness, Global Aid Hands works together with partners where possible. We pay out as much resources as possible on project which benefit children directly. The majority of these projects are based in poor areas, where there are numbers of children grapple to survive and prosper.
Global Aid Hand has a financial Policy and Procedures Manual is developed to serve as a Financial Guide to all the members and management of Global Aid Hand and is hereby commissioned by the Director of Global Aid Hand (GAH).
This is to provide guidance to all members and management on how to better manage the financial affairs and practices and ultimately operate in a safe, efficient and professional manner.
The manual will help all members and management operate with greater proficiency and professionalism and in so doing help them to cope up with an increasingly complex and competitive financial environment.
The Global Aid Hand is responsible for providing Relief and development assistance to the vulnerable women, children, disabled, orphans, their families in Sudan.
This manual aims to provide clear and reliable information in a format accessible to staff and members of the organization. It is intended to be a comprehensive guide and while it may not answer every possible question will provide a starting point for further reference.
The manual is divided into two parts. The first part consisting of chapters 1 through to 6 focuses on the macro financial management policy and procedures with the remainder focusing on the administrative policies and procedures in place within the organization. The second part is Policy versus Procedures
Policy is approved by the Director after consultation and recommendations from members and compliance is mandatory. Procedures and background information is provided as a guide and is recommended as best practice.
Availability of the Manual Global Aid Hand has developed this manual in electronic form for ease of access and to facilitate updating, and it can be printed as hard copy on request

Chain management Department in Global Aid Hand has fundamental aim which is to
provide programs with Right Material and Services, In High Quality
Standard, At Right Time, In Right Place and In A Good Condition. Procurement is a key activity in the supply
chain. It can significantly influence the overall success of an emergency
response depending on how it is managed. In humanitarian supply chains,
procurement represents a very large proportion of the total spend and should be
managed effectively to achieve optimum value. Procurement works like a pivot in
the internal supply chain process turning around requests into actual
products/commodities or services to fulfill the needs.
1- The internal customer.
2- Programs in response to emergencies and ongoing programs.
3- Prepositioning of stocks, for both internal customers and program needs. In collaboration with the warehouse function, products/commodities are mobilized and delivered.The three important principles of humanitarian logistics procurement are in GAH:
Transparency – all phases in the procurement process are fair and accurately documented.
Accountability – accountability to donors who may require certain rules to be followed when using the money they have provided.
efficiency and cost effectiveness – meeting the six rights of supply; price, right time, right quantity, quality services, delivery to the required places and from the most cost effective source. The principles and their importance stem from three key facts:
That the resources utilized are usually funded by donor;
That transparency contributes to the establishment of sound and reliable business relations with suppliers; and.
That efficiency and cost effectiveness has a direct impact on operations and ultimately on beneficiaries. The Procurement functions in GAH is guard and mitigate against risk, understand the market, build relationships with suppliers, meet needs in a timely manner and constantly monitor performance to improve service provision.

It may is necessary to change these policies from time to time to reflect changes in the workforce, employment trends and Sudan legislation. However, any changes in policy will be consistent with the Organization approach to:
